Project Description: Climate reporting & training and environmental and climate risk framework
Six Capitals ESG Advisory has been delivering ESG-related advisory and consulting services to Capitec since 2020. These services included, amongst others, development of a Climate-Related & Environmental Risk (CR&E) Framework, ESG policy review and development, conducting a technical review of Capitec’s Annual Integrated Report and Climate Report and making recommendations on improvements in order to meet local and international reporting best practices which are in line with global and South-African specific reporting frameworks, standards and legislation.
Further to this, Six Capitals has also provided members of Capitec’s risk management teams with training on general ESG and climate-related risks and opportunities.
